We are looking for 1 service advisor with drive for Min bil Sätra

-----------We are looking for someone who loves meeting people. Working in customer service with us is more than just a job - it’s a lifestyle! As our ambassador, you will follow both our brand guidelines as well as our own service process to ensure a high level of service.

You also play an important role in providing our customers with a great customer experience throughout their contact with us. Common tasks include taking care of visiting customers, answering inquiries via phone and email, booking jobs, estimating work, and largely handling administration.

To apply for this role, you must be a proactive and responsible person who enjoys administration, problem-solving, and exceeding customer expectations.

You have previous experience in the automotive industry and/or basic knowledge of the workshop process. Previous experience with our business systems Winassist and Cabas is considered a plus.

For the systems we work in, computer skills and good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written, are required.

The Min bil group consists of 6 workshops around Stockholm County, and together we are authorized for 29 car brands as well as connected to the Autoexperten chain.

In Sätra, we are authorized for Jaguar & Landrover

We are also connected to Autoexperten, which means we accept all car brands.
